There are lots of extra delights around the house for you to use.  We have tried to include things we like to have handy for a fun weekend.  Yes, you are free to use everything, we ask that you just put it back where you found it for the next guest to enjoy.

We love to entertain, we have set up the kitchen with eight of everything, so you don't have to do the dishes after each meal!  You will find some fun "Palm Springs" serving items, stainless cookware, bakeware, blender, ice cream machine, we keep adding... if there is something you would like, just ask and we will do our best to make it happen.

Part of the special experience of a vacation rental is the quiet neighborhood, with the serenity of the mountains.  The city of Palm Springs has strict rules regarding vacation rentals, our property is limited to 6 guests.  Additionally, no outside music is allowed by city ordinance.  If you have any questions about the regulations, give us a call.  

Is there a phone?

Wifi is available for you to use your Viber, WhatsApp, or other wifi based calling plan using your smart phone.  There is not a separate phone line available.

Can I park my car in the garage?

No, its packed with fun stuff for the pool

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed.

No, smoking is not allowed.
